Structure Engineer

Experience & Requirements – Previous experience in inventory management or warehouse operations, Knowledge of construction materials and tools, Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, Ability to use computer software for inventory tracking. Should know hindi language.
The job duties may include:
- Receiving and inspecting incoming materials and supplies
- Recording and maintaining inventory levels
- Issuing materials to construction teams as needed
- Keeping the storage area organized and clean
- Monitoring stock levels and placing orders for replenishment
- Coordinating with suppliers for timely deliveries
- Conducting periodic inventory audits
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations for handling materials.
Store Officer
Location –Bangalore -Head Office
Qualification –Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field or civil degree. Material management course added advantage. Experience 7 to 10 years
Experience & Requirements –
Previous experience in inventory management, procurement, or warehouse operations., Strong understanding of construction materials, equipment, and industry regulations., Proficiency in computer software for inventory tracking and procurement processes., Excellent organizational and analytical skills., Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, internal departments, and management., Knowledge of budgeting and cost control principles., Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to storage and handling of materials. Should know English & Hindi language, well to communicate.
The job duties may include:
- 1. Overseeing the procurement and storage of materials and supplies for construction projects.
- Developing and implementing inventory management policies and procedures.
- Coordinating with project managers to forecast material requirements.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitoring inventory levels and optimizing stock levels to minimize excess or shortages.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory data.
- Analyzing inventory data and generating reports for management review.
- Site-level visit for stock check, need to maintain manual records of stock register in HO along with digital data.
- Supervising storekeeping staff and providing training and guidance as needed.
