Niraj Kumar: Director
Niraj Kumar is a seasoned Civil Engineer with a proven track record in project management and execution. He holds a B.Tech from IIT Kanpur and has been instrumental in the growth of MP Construction Co. since its early days.
With a strong academic background and active involvement in student activities, Niraj possesses a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills. His experience spans diverse projects including solar, hydro, thermal power, railways, infrastructure, and building construction. He excels in project planning, monitoring, procurement, client relations, business development, and statutory compliance.
Arvind Pandey: Head Metro Projects

Mr. K. Rajakumar is a seasoned Civil Engineer with over 40 years of experience in the field. He currently serves as the Senior General Manager for Metro/Railway Projects at [Company Name].
Mr. Rajakumar’s educational background includes a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from JC College of Technology, Mysore, and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Structures) from College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University.
